2. Digital Products

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must not have been downloaded or accessed.
  • All refund requests must include the order number and a valid reason.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues preventing product access.
  • Product significantly different from description.
  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Unauthorized transactions (must be verified).

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded or accessed digital products.
  • Customization services already delivered.
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago.

5. Refund Process

  2. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for review.
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method.

6. Credit Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 2–3 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7–10 business days
